The skills assessment in institutions of higher education today is a challenge, assess skills from a viewpoint that leads to the improvement and student growth and not just issuing a rating, is the challenge. The methodology of evaluation of 360 allowed for the case of the present investigation to determine the performance of students CyBENP regarding generic skills acquired in the course of a semester to use the educational coaching as a tool for achieving the same, the results allow us to objectively knowing the skills developed by students with a look at the performance review as an opportunity to express themselves and improve, while allowing generate an action plan to enhance the performance of students.
