ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN EMISI GAS BUANG MENGGUNAKAN KOIL STANDAR DENGAN KOIL KAWAHARA PADA SEPEDA MOTOR HONDA VARIO TECHNO 125 CC PGM-FI TAHUN 2012
Abstract
Currently many types of motorcycles are manufactured with standard specifications that have considered the feasibility and safety of motorists. On the other hand, the owners of motorcycles are still modifying the bike in accordance to minimize exhaust emissions to prevent excessive environmental contamination. Many types of coil racing on the market and one of them is Kawahara coil with its ability to minimize the exhaust emissions generated by motorcycle as advantage. From the test result of Honda Varo Techno 125 cc PGM-FI motor cycle at 1000 rpm, 2000 rpm, 3000 rpm, 4000 rpm and 5000 rpm, the uses of standard coil produce higher emissions rather than Kawahara coil. Therefore, Kawahara coil is able to produce more perfect burning in motor cylinder than standard coil.
