基于三维柔性微动平台拓扑优化方法的研究
Abstract
The design of the toplogy optimization for full-compliant micro-platform is carried out.The topology optimization results of three-dimensional full-compliant micro-platform in different volunm ratio are researched.Base on the three-dimensional full-compliant micro-platform,by using the topology optimization theory,the structure optimization of full-compliant micro-platform is carried out.Rigidity and flexibility in the process of topology optimization design are equally important,and this topology optimization design is a multi-objective functions optimization design,a new objective function which according to the weigth of individual objevtive functions sums in linear weigthed method is presented.The process of the topology optimization designs for compliant parallel micro-platform is simulated base on MATLAB and the result in different volunm ratio is compared with each other.It presents that the volunm ratio is equal to 0.65,the structure is the best.It comes to the same result in ANSYS.
