Electronic arbitration in international private disputes

Abstract

Electronic arbitration is an important means of dispute settlement because of its speed, flexibility and ease, which may not exist in the ordinary judiciary or even in ordinary arbitration, whether internal or external. Ordinary arbitration, along with lengthy procedures and high costs, does not suit the speed that trade needs nowadays. We will try through this research to shed light on disputes related to electronic arbitration and try to find solutions to this problem.
