Innowacyjność wdrożeń systemów informatycznych wspomagających zarządzanie

Abstract

The paper presents the issues of innovativeness of management information systems and innovativeness of their implementations. The special emphasis has been put to the organizational innovation, but the product and process innovations are also considered. The question about the innovativeness of standard solutions implementations has been discussed. For this purpose the main and supporting business processes has been distinguished, which are the drivers of competitive advantage. Also the different levels of innovativeness has been distinguished, i.e. organization and branch of economy. The results of research on innovativeness of standard software packages have been presented.
