In the second step of the Islamic Revolution, the gap between science and practice, researcher and policymaker, industry, and university should be reduced and knowledge management practiced. In this paper, we utilized knowledge brokerage, as a new model for analyzing the interaction between researchers and policymakers, especially in industry and academia. Knowledge brokers, use a series of activities in the relationship, technical analysis in order to develop and facilitate relationships between groups and individuals to create, share, and application knowledge in business operations in order to help commercialize it. So, Knowledge brokerage in different parts of the country with the aim of link science, industry, and academia, should be done with a jihadi attitude and extra-role behavior, in order to commercialize knowledge between industry and university. In this paper, knowledge brokerage activities were investigated in the military center, through the t-test and then, The jihadi attitude of employees in knowledge brokerage activities between companies and research centers in the form of the regression model was investigated. The results of structural equation modeling, the impact of jihadi attitude on KB, is 0.35; and based on a single-sample t-test, the jihadi attitude in this center is significant and the level of knowledge brokerage is inadequate.
