Objective To systematically evaluate the impact of pulmonary rehabilitation on exercise tolerance and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD).Methods The CNKI, WanFang, VIP, PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, and Cochrane Library were electronically searched to collect the study about pulmonary rehabilitation on exercise tolerance and quality of life in patients with COPD from the inception to April 2024. Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted data, evaluated the bias risk of the included studies, and then performed a Meta-analysis using RevMan 5.1 software.Results A total of 20 studies were included in the Meta-analysis.
