Cooperation Between the Municipalities as a Way to Increase Efficiency of Municipal Budgetary

Abstract

The municipal budgetary policy defines the possibilities and prospects of the municipalities. Today the cooperation between the municipalities is of special interest because there are a great number of the municipalities in Russia, they have insufficient budget incomes and their economical potentials differ very noticeably.
