REGIONAL ASPECTS OF INVESTMENT AND INNOVATION POLICY IN THE OIL AND GAS COMPLEX OF RUSSIA

Abstract

The article deals with the formation and implementation of innovation and investment policy in the oil and gas complexes of Russian regions. A basic model for building a system for investment and innovation projects is proposed. The classification of the largest investment projects in the field of oil and gas complex is given, on the example of the Stavropol Territory and the results of their implementation are presented.
