Abstract

Protection is achieved by the rules of politeness, ethics, and common sense, which require of a person not to impose his/her presence, under any circumstances, if another person desires to be alone. Of course, if the infringement of these limits does occur, through acts of harassment against an individual, the criminal rules should be applied in full.
