Some considerations related with the development of the Teaching - Learning Process of the Musical Education in Pinar del Rio Preuniversities

Abstract

This article provides some thoughts about the teaching - learning process of music education that currently takes place in the pre - university of Pinar del Rio, and the work done by the art instructor s (music) at this level of education, from the systematization of a current refer ent work to doctorate degree test, in Social Science Problems.
