The author characterizes the modal, rhythmic and timbre structure of the component parts reveals the logic of their development. It isconcluded that in the composition of G. Ciobanu, a gradual process of intonation relations’ formation is taking place, which develop in the interaction of the melodic lines of the voice and the English horn, and the role of the modal-organizing principle is acquired by moves to the large third and the large second. The metro-rhythmic organization is subordinated to the logic of its own development, the line of which is determined by the movement from quantitative time measurement to the accented one.
