Objective: this article seeks to present the experience of Tutorial Education Program for Health at Work and its effects on the academic training of Nursing, housed in a curriculum focused on developing skills and competencies. Method: this is an experience report, constructed from the records of the experiences of governesses and tutors of the program. Results: the results show that the space of interaction and discussion that the team meeting is to bring academics are showing as an enriching experience in interdisciplinary and focused on the curricular education courses for health care. Final considerations: this experience has demonstrated the integration of knowledge and expertise, to encourage vocational training critical, reflective and integrated community that seeks teamwork and interdisciplinary.
