THE INTEGRATION OF A PROBATION TEACHER. A RESEARCH IN THE ROMANIAN SCHOOL
Abstract
The research proposes to capture the moment of debut and the adaptability of the teachers in the Romanian school, to highlight the professional and relation problems, to capture the trainee teacher reaction with the school culture and what the school coming in the welcome at his needs, if it admit the validation the assumptions launched, for who the initiated theoretical formation isn’t ensure a good professional adaptation and integration, the practice aspects are often absent from students training.
