Problem. Domestic and foreign experts in logistics and supply chain management pay attention to the growing vulnerability of supply chains due to the increased influence of adverse external factors, which causes increased costs and declining competitiveness. Therefore, the problem of creating efficient and reliable logistics systems for the international movement of goods within and between logistics systems is urgent. Goal. The purpose of the study is to increase the efficiency of the supply process by forming a rational monocentric distribution system. Methodology. The analytical methods of research on the development and application of approach to choosing the rational technology were used. Mathematical models of one-level and two-level monocentric distribution system of goods supply have been developed. Results. On the basis of the regression analysis results the areas of effective use of the best options for transport and technological schemes for the delivery of goods in the international message using a monocentric distribution system are determined. The optimal values of parameters (intensity of product consumption per unit area, the square of the service area, calculation period and load capacity of the car) have been set, at which it is advisable to introduce a two-level distribution system instead of a single-level one. The target function was the total cost of supply of products. Originality. Mathematical models of one-level and two-level monocentric distribution system have been developed, which take into account the immobilization of funds and costs associated with damage to the cargo. Practical value. The use of the proposed approach allows minimize the total cost of supply of products by combining rational transport factors. The value of the economic effect from the use of a two-level monocentric distribution system with a delivery time less than 11 days and others assumptions is equal to 4098840.5 UAH per year.
