Abstract

With the continuous progress of medical technology, the application of digestive juice reinfusion in postoperative care and disease treatment is becoming more and more common. Reinfusion of digestive juice can maintain the stability of the body's internal environment, maintain the integrity of digestive function, and reduce the risk of enterogenous infection. Traditional drainage devices may have the problems of infection risk and low efficiency of transfusion, so a safer and more convenient solution is urgently needed. This study introduces the design and application of a closed drainage device for the reinfusion of digestive juice with disposable filter, aiming to improve the safety and effectiveness of the drainage and reinfusion process. (消化液回输可以维护机体内环境稳定, 维持消化功能的完整性, 降低肠源性感染风险。传统的引流装置存在感染风险和回输效率低的问题, 亟需一种更加安全、便捷的解决方案。本研究介绍了一种一次性过滤式消化液回输密闭式引流装置的设计与应用, 集消化液回收、过滤、回输等多功能为一体, 通过创新设计提高引流与回输过程的安全性和有效性。)
