During the last several years the development of agrotourist activity is observing in Poland. Thanks to that agrotourist has become a significant element of tourist offer. The development of agrotourist in Poland depends on satisfying consumers’ needs. Therefore, not only is the study of supply significant but also the study of demand of prospective clients is important. For that reason the aim of the thesis was to elaborate the profile of farm tourism clients of the Świętokrzyski Mountains Region and identify clients’ expectations and needs concerning their stay on the farms situated in the area of this area. The proper knowledge of the clients’ profile and their expectations for provided service by the owners of the farms favours the development of agrotourist business.
