缘于可逆性脑血管收缩综合征的头痛研究进展Progress of Headache due to Reversible Cerebral Vasoconstriction Syndrome

Abstract

Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS) is a kind of cerebrovascular disease. Headache due to RCVS is relatively common in RCVS patients, and the pathogenesis is not yet clear. In this paper, headache due to RCVS may be related to vascular dystonia and endothelial dysfunction, and early identification of the disease on the basis of clinical manifestations and differential diagnosis is conductive to the prognosis of the disease. 可逆性脑血管收缩综合征（reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome，RCVS）是一种脑血管疾病，霹雳性头痛是其最主要的临床表现。缘于RCVS的头痛发病机制尚未明确。本文介绍了缘于RCVS的头痛可能与血管张力失调和内皮功能障碍有关，同时从临床表现和鉴别诊断方面进行疾病的早期识别，从而早期干预以利于疾病的预后转归。 缘于RCVS的头痛的发病机制与血管张力失调和内皮功能障碍有关，难点在于对霹雳性头痛的识别诊断，探讨其发病机制和掌握鉴别诊断，有利于疾病的早诊早治。
