TOOLS OF ACTIVIZATION OF INNOVATIVE AND INVESTMENT ACTIVITY IN THE CREATIVE ECONOMY

Abstract

The task of attracting and boost investment in innovative activities is especially relevant for the regions of Russia in the conditions of large-scale structural transformations. Use of innovations, implementation of modern scientific and technical development as the results of intellectual activity in the production and release of high technology products are becoming more important than the simple expansion of production on the traditional basis, as products created on the basis of transformation of new knowledge into innovation; more competitive not only on the level of the individual enterprise, but also on the level of all country.
