The article deals with the growing role of social entrepreneurship in terms of institutional, social and economic transformation. Understanding of social entrepreneurship as a phenomenon is represented The basic features of social entrepreneurship are characterized. Foreign experience of entrepreneurial education of teachers is presented. The main characteristics of the discipline «Social Entrepreneurship in Education» within the framework ofpreparation of masters of education. The characteristics of social entrepreneurship learning environment are described.
