In this work, the GRH is approached with in a particular frame work centered on human dimension such as it is defined during the course of humanism. The problems are registered in a human is tic approach determined by the principles of philosophy personalist. This article aims at identifying, through a qualitative study near 30 frame works, the perception of the Man in the manner with whiche is conceived with in the Moroccan private companies, his needs with in these companies, his perception of the practices adopted as regards MHR while proposing recommendations for the development of humanism.
