Abstract: This research paper aims at dealing with challenges encountered by teachers in online teaching during Covid-19. Many universities around the world were forced to switch to online learning and teaching. This implies a certain technology mastering, some good pedagogical skills and organizing classes in a creative and motivating method with the help of digital technologies. This research work implies the teachers of translation department at Abu Bekr Belkaid university of Tlemcen during and after the crisis. It aims at mentioning the challenges and limits of online teaching. In this study, we provide some insights into online teaching related to interpreting module using learning platform adopted by the University of Tlemcen, and lecturer’s feedback with the digital technology materials. Our findings point out the lack lecturers encountered in the digital practices, planning courses, up-dated activities and assignment method used in online classes.
