Сardio-vascular diseases cause major public health problems. In Ukraine the complex of actions directed on creation of system of rehabilitation of cardio-vascular patients is an addition to the system of preventive and curative care. Further development require testing of continuity in the organization of medical and preventive and rehabilitation measures in patients with cardio-vascular disease. The aim of the study was to fing the effect of high blood pressure (BP) on the formation of reactions – answers when carrying out physical rehabilitation of patients with cardio-vascular pathology at sanatorium stage of treatment. Materials and methods. We examined 175 patients, where 100 patients had arterial hypertension (AH) and 75 patients – coronary heart disease (CHD). All patients underwent a set of surveys that included daily monitoring of blood pressure, determination of tolerance to physical loads according to the 6-minute walking test, treadmill test. Results of the studied and their discussion. It was established that among the factors that accompany an inadequate response to physical stress is important as blood pressure and instability of arterial hypertension in the process of rehabilitation, as well as the degree of response on the dosed physical loading. In patients with unfavorable course of the recovery period, despite the timely restoration of coronary blood flow, there were a steady average levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, combination of high values of these indicators at the height of physical activity in early and late rehabilitation period. Tachycardia, intermittent chest pain, sometimes shortness of breath were observed in patients with coronary artery disease with inadequate response to dosed physical load. Conclusions. Compliance with individual rehabilitation programs, in motor mode, a balanced diet and eliminating of risk factors are the major rehabilitation activities in cardio-vascular diseases. For physical rehabilitation of patients with cardio-vascular pathology it is important an integrated approach, medical control of blood pressure, improvement of coronary reserve, the rational combination of various treatment methods, maximum use of natural factors, broad using of spa treatment, climatotherapy.
