THE DIGITAL REALITY FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF COMMUNICATION PROCESSES AND EXISTENSE OF HUMAN

Abstract

Purpose. The article deals with the existence of digital area and term of digital reality in the paradigm of human existential space. It’s analyzing the terminological apparatus from the perspective of modern cybersystems and digital technologies. The author analyzes the processes of transformation of modern society and the formation of the digital society platform, analyzes changing of communication’s quality between its subjects. The obvious fact is the formation of a new cultural space within the framework of emergent digital reality, which requires philosophical understanding. Methodology. The basis of the research is formed by comparative methods structural-system, semiotic, system-dynamic approaches. Results. The author makes a conclusion about the rapid formation of the phenomenon of digital society in field of digital space, creates the term of “digital reality”,”digital communication”. Author says that the creation of digital area’s platform changes social reality, influences on human as a subject of society and distorts human’s perception due to a change of consciousness. Practical implications. The results of the study can be used in analyzing tof work of mass communication, conducting sociological research. It is possible to include the material in the process of teaching social philosophy and philosophy.
