In this article modern problems in infants’ nutrition in Ukraine are investigated. Key national directive documents on infants’ nutrition are described. Main steps towards realization of modern, scientifically substantiated concept «Early life nutrition. 1000 days» by Association of pediatricians-gastroenterologists and nutritionists of Ukraine, Association of Neonatologists of Ukraine and experts council are covered.
