CLUSTER AS THE INSTRUMENT OF ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT IN SUBJECTS OF NORTH CAUCASUS FEDERAL DISTRICT

Abstract

In article prerequisites offormation of clusters in regional economy are considered: resource capacity, level and dynamics of the main macroeconomic indicators of subjects of North Caucasus federal district in comparison with the average Russian achievements. Their specifics, structure, algorithm and the priority directions of long-term social and economic development of subjects for overcoming of chronic lag are proved.
