Streszczenie Mucocele jest najczęstszą chorobą małych gruczołów ślinowych. Jej leczenie jest chirurgiczne i może być wykonane metodą tradycyjną z użyciem skalpela, nożem elektrycznym lub laserem. W pracy przedstawiono przypadek 30. letniej pacjentki, u której usunięto torbiel zastoinową nożem elektrycznym. Uzyskano dobry efekt terapeutyczny i kosmetyczny. Hasła indeksowe: mucocele, torbiel zastoinowa, nóż elektryczny, jama ustna. Summary Mucocele is the most common disease of the small salivary glands. The treatment of such lesion is always surgical and can be either traditional – with the use of a scalpel or modern, using the electric knife or laser. The article presents a case of 30 y. o. patient, who underwent surgical removal of the mucocele with the use of an electric knife. Positive therapeutic and cosmetics effect was obtained.
