Mantissa epigraphica Veronensis 3
Abstract
In this third supplement to the Corpus of the Roman inscriptions of Verona and its territory, some unpublished texts and new readings of already known epigraphs are published. Of particular interest are the attestations of a new member of the gens Octavia in the pagus of the Arusnates, two altars dedicated to Jupiter Optimus Maximus, one of which, placed by a sexvir augustalis, is inscribed on the two faces, a stele with a portrait and a cippus with the indication of the measures of the funeral enclosur.
