Hernia of the Umbilical Cord (HUC) is a distinct form of ventral abdominal wall defects, commonly misinterpreted as Omphalocele minor. Usually, the contents are the small intestine, large intestine, or vitello-intestinal duct remnants; but rarely liver, gall bladder, or spleen may entrap into the sac. In this case series, we present three unusual cases of Hernia of the Umbilical Cord with the liver as the sole content. All three underwent surgical intervention and were managed successfully. To the best of our knowledge, there are only a few case reports of such presentations.
