THE RULE OF LAW "CONFRONTED" BY THE "REVOLUTION OF THE INTERNET"!
Abstract
The technological revolution and its impacts on the liberal Rule of Law formula impose on the jurist the construction of a new knowledge, which goes through the recognition of the genetic and contingent limits that are peculiar to the Liberal State model of Law itself, as well as the projections that can be made from the "interregnum" of their crises. Thus, by redesignating the viability of the modern constitutional project, it is proposed, using bibliographical research, to verify the circumstances of contemporary political-juridical experience, taking as reference the era of quantification and the affectation of fundamental rights and freedoms.
