Urticaria is suffering from 15 to 25% of the total human population. In the etiology of urticaria involves several allergens. In the pathogenesis of urticaria participate true allergic reactions and pseudoallergic reactions. For clinical assessment of activity of urticaria use UAS7 – an Activity Index of Urticaria. Not recommended for intensive survey of all patients with urticaria. National conciliation document recommends a wide range of diagnostic tests in chronic urticaria. Identify the main goals of treatment of urticaria: relief of symptoms of acute and chronic forms, the selection of adequate therapy of chronic urticaria. The H1-receptor antagonists are the only legitimate group of drugs for the treatment of patients with urticaria.
