Development of a set of measures to protect against flooding settlements located in the lower reaches of the Pechora River

Abstract

Almost every year, settlements located in the floodplain of the Pechora River are negatively affected by water. The most serious material damage is caused to these settlements as a result of their flooding during the passage of the spring flood. To protect them from flooding, it was necessary to develop scientifically sound recommendations based on a comprehensive study.
