A Model for the Implementation of Electronic Governance in Iran

In recent years, due to the development of information and communication technology and the approval of upstream researches in the country, such as the road map of government of Iran, attention to the concept of e-government at a higher level and the rule of electronics have attained a special place. For this purpose, realization of the relevant objectives, effective factors in the sustainable development of the country, improving the quality of service delivery and reducing related costs, increasing the transparency of processes and ultimately the development of democracy is counted. In this regard, in this article, based on the literature review and interviews with the experts, the components and indicators that influence the implementation of e-government in Iran is presented. To do this, after necessary examinations, 7 key components with 39 indicators were collected and a questionnaire was provided. The results of questionnaires and Confirmatory Factor Analysis performed using the LISREL software show the impact of components and indicators measured on the realization of e-government in the country and will lead to macro planning in the realization of e-government in the country.
