Vocational training in organizations and cognitive changes in work processes
Abstract
The rhythm in which the knowledge economy, the pace in which the future rushes in the economy, in the social environment, in the everyday life of the individual, forces the human limits, subjecting the organizations and individuals to the social stress of inadequacy. The accelerate dynamics requested by the knowledge economy and digitization spreading increases the importance of cognitive content of work. The adjustment process of job to the dynamics of the new economy is accompanied with mismatches between the job internal skill demand and the training offer, internal skills demand and external skills (education) and with mismatches between management responsibilities and attributions. We identified some significant dimensions and tendencies, but only for the relations between the qualifications mismatches by under qualification and main labour market output: the influence of under qualification mismatch is higher than the unemployment rate in the employment rate and the acceleration of the exit tendency of women from the labour market accentuated by the under qualification increase for women
