跨學科本科教育:新加坡南洋理工大學的經驗及啟示 Interdisciplinary Undergraduate Education: Experiences and Implications of Nanyang Technological University, Singapore
Abstract
隨著全球知識生產方式和經濟發展模式的轉型,社會對複合型人才的需求逐漸 增加,跨學科已成為世界一流大學人才培養的重要趨勢之一。新加坡南洋理工大學 的使命願景與人才培養目標體現了其跨學科教育的追求,致力於培養社會所需的 「T型」人才。南洋理工大學在辦學實踐中實施了種類多元的跨學科教育項目,包 括雙學位項目、雙主修項目、輔修學程、一體化項目、菁英課程項目等,並形成了 與之相配套的制度體系與學校文化。 With the transformation of global knowledge production mode and economic development model, the demand for inter-discipline talents has been gradually increased, and interdisciplinary has become one of the important trends in talent cultivation in the world top universities. Nanyang Technological University’s vision and training objectives reflect its pursuit of interdisciplinary education, committed to the needs of society to develop “T-type” talent. Nanyang Technological University has implemented a variety of interdisciplinary educational programs, including dual-degree programs, dual-major programs, minor courses, integration programs, and elite curriculum projects, and has formed a matching institutional system and school culture.
