The priority tendencies of evolution of postgraduate education of teachers are exposed on principles of humanism to a posteriori domestic pedagogics. The analysis of domestic pedagogical literature and dissertation works is conducted on the topic of research. At the beginning of the development postgraduate education equated with in-plant training. It examined as a possible adding to traditional education. Postgraduate education had ideologize authoritarian character of co-operation on different levels. The further ways of development of the modern system of education are rotined, professional growth of its pedagogical composition.
