The legal immunity of the lawyer in the Kurdistan region-Iraq (Comparative study)

Abstract

The aim of this research is, first, to clarify the fact that there is legal immunity for the lawyer in the Kurdistan Region-Iraq, and the extent to which this immunity reaches. Secondly, conducting a scientific and legal comparison between the legal texts contained in the numerous laws in force in a number of countries.Undoubtedly, most countries, if not all countries, have regulated the issue of practicing law in their courts or outside their courts and outside the corridors of the judiciary, that is, within state institutions and in the community at all, with special laws and clear legal texts that are far from the jurisprudence that workers in various state institutions can resort to. Including judicial, executive or even legislative institutions.
