The review analyzed the results of research on the nutritional status of students of choreography and music schools. The following databases were used as sources of information: PubMed, RSCI, Google Scholar, CyberLeninka, Web of Science, Scopus, MEDLINE. During the literature search scarce research data were found regarding nutrition of students of choreography and music schools, while many more information was available regarding their physical development. According to available data, the physical development of students of ballet schools is characterized by unique features depending on gender, age, ethnicity and region of residence, in contrast to students of music and comprehensive schools. Meanwhile, nutrition of children and adolescents professionally trained in choreography and instrumental music was worked out without taking into account the age and gender of students, as well as training-related physical and neuro-emotional load. This fact indicates the need for additional research on rationalization of their nutrition.
