Socio-legal dynamics in communities in resistance or peace

Abstract

This work try to analyze the dynamics social-legal’s of the Community of pace of San José de Apartadó, and reply if this refuse the formal application to the Colombian’s in law; from the humanitarian conjuncture like Temporally Autonomy Zone (TAZ) and not violent civil resistance to practice for more a decade.
