Application of team tutorial system in the training of undergraduate nursing students (导师团队制在护理本科生培养中的应用研究)

Objective To evaluate the application effect of the team tutorial system in the training of undergraduate nursing students. Methods Totally 230 undergraduate nursing students form 4 classes of academic year 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into observation group (n=117)and control group (n=113) by using the cluster random sampling method. The control group adopted the routine education method in module teaching, and the observation group adopted the team tutorial system. A 1- academic year intervention was carried out, and the comprehensive test outcomes, humanistic quality, communication skills, attitudes and professional identity of the two groups were evaluated at the end of the semester. Results The scores of comprehensive test, humanistic quality assessment and communication skills assessment in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 01). The score of attitudes and professional identity scale in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 01). Conclusion The team tutorial system is conducive to improving the comprehensive performance, humanistic quality, communication skills, attitude and professional identity of undergraduate nursing students, and improving the comprehensive ability of nursing students. (目的 评价导师团队制在护理本科生培养中的应用效果。方法 选取2019级4个班共230名护理本科生作为研究对象, 采用整群随机抽样分为观察组(n=117)和对照组(n=113)。观察组采用导师团队制; 对照组采用传统教育法。干预1个学年, 学期末对两组护生综合成绩、人文素质、沟通技能态度及其专业认同感进行评价。结果 观察组护生综合成绩、人文素质、沟通技能态度得分均高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01); 观察组护生专业认同得分高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。结论 导师团队制有利于提高护生综合成绩、人文素质、沟通技能态度及其专业认同感, 提高护生的综合能力。)
