Bibliometric review of digital transformation and organisational change by VOSviewer

Abstract

This article explores the interaction between digital transformation and organizational change. The purpose of this article is to understand the evolution of organizational change in relation to digital transformation. The research methodology adopted is based on a bibliometric review carried out in 2024 of research published in the Scopus journal on the subject by the digital tool VOSVIEWER. We first proceeded to collect data, then secondly to analyse the data collected and finally to discuss the results found. The results clearly show the growing interest of researchers in the phenomenon of digital transformation and then gradually in the phenomenon of organizational change and in the close relationship between the two variables.
