The article furthered an epistemology of facilitation. It was created through bringing into focus broad movements in Julian Mllers theoretical academic development. Rather than explaining at length the epistemological concepts characterising Mllers theoretical development rightly because of the importance of narrative in Julian Mllers work the article sought to link a social psychological dimension of both Mller and the author to these concepts. Resulting from Mllers work, the author regarded a narrative approach, social constructionism and postfoundationalism as important epistemological conversational partners in practical theological facilitation.
