MOBILIDADE LOGÍSTICA TUPIGUARANI E CAPTAÇÃO DE RECURSOS NA PORÇÃO PERNAMBUCANA DA CHAPADA DO ARARIPE, BRASIL

Abstract

Procuramos em nosso trabalho definir os recursos disponíveis na porção pernambucana da Chapada do Araripe, e compreender como sua potencial exploração pode ter atuado sobre as estratégias de mobilidade dos ceramistas Tupiguarani que ocuparam a área que hoje esta inserida no município de Araripina - PE. Assim, a partir da análise de diferentes aspectos do contexto geoambiental de 26 sítios lito-cerâmicos instalados em Araripina perquirimos os limites e possibilidades ofertadas pelos ecossistemas locais nos quais os ceramistas Tupiguarani se instalaram, objetivando compreender como a oferta diferencial de recursos pode ter influenciado as estratégias de mobilidade logística empregadas pelos indígenas que ocuparam esta área. Thus, from the analysis of different aspects of geo-environmental context of 26 litho-ceramic sites installed in Araripina analyze the limits and possibilities offered by local ecosystems in which Tupiguarani potters settled, in order to understand how the differential supply of resources may have influenced the logistics mobility strategies employed by the Indians who occupied this area.
