The paper presents the historical-ethnographical essay by priest Ioann Tsvetkov “Information about the Uryas-Uchakh village with parish villages” (1870 – the early 1880s), which describes the history and socio-cultural development Kryashen, Russian, Udmurt, and Mari villages in the southern part of the contemporary Kukmor District, Tatarstan.
