Os primeiros passos rumo ao autoritarismo: aproximação da crítica de Carl Schmitt a democracia weimariana

Abstract

The main purpose of this work is to investigate some of the critical arguments of Carl Schmitt against democracy in Weimar Republic. The theoretical support consist this research we analyze some of Schmitt texts and, from a hermeneutic method, the purpose of this work is that of a historical reading of schmittian text, to an initial understanding of where forwards in his intellectual production, which sense of their ideological stakes and their collaboration to corrosion of Weimar institutions, by means of critique of liberalism and democracy.
