TRANSDISCIPLINARY APPROACH TO THE FORMATION OF STUDENTS ' INTERCULTURAL LITERACY
Abstract
The article discusses the concepts of «interdisciplinarity» and «transdisciplinarity». The possibilities of using these approaches in the formation of intercultural literacy of students are considered. The author identifies the main problems limiting the use of interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches in the educational process of a university. The importance of the formation of intercultural literacy of students as the main competence of a modern specialist is estimated.
