Research on Knowledge Transfer in Archives Institutions from the Perspective of Collaborative Innovation of Government-Industry-University-Research: Taking the Science and Technology Projects of the National Archives Administration During 2018-2020 as an Example

[Purpose/significance] Based on the cooperation of archives institutions participating in the establishment of science and technology projects of the National Archives Administration, this paper explores the knowledge interaction between archives institutions in the collaborative management process of government-industry-university-research, in order to form a social network map of knowledge transfer in the cooperation process of archives institutions at all levels in China and provide the references for archives institutions to seek powerful cooperative units and learn from relevant project experience. [Method/process] By using complex network analysis method and Gephi software, subjects, objects and approaches of knowledge transfer of the science and technology projects establishment units of National Archives Administration from 2018 to 2020. [Result/conclusion] Based on the background of government-industry-university-research, there are characteristics of the knowledge transfer of archival institutions, such as diversification of subject modes, the foresight of the content topic and the fixation of path development. At the same time, there are some problems, such as the unsaturated knowledge transfer and the limitation of the transmission range.
