RETHINKING CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: FROM SOFT LAW TO REGULATION
Abstract
The purpose of our study is to highlight the legal status of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and to demonstrate that, initially resting on soft law, the reluctance of enterprises to make a commitment towards the community leads to rethink the concept.
