At present, knowledge of the value of an organization and what it represents in an economy becomes a key element to estimate the "real value" of it, since it is not enough to quantify the production value to estimate the differences in the knowledge economy, since, in addition, an adequate valuation of innovation and the human factor is required. In the present investigation an investment plan is carried out that includes a differentiating element such as the management of intellectual capital that allows to improve the profitability of the unit of analysis, to achieve this the type of applied research was used, whose design is experimental and mentioning its scope this research is descriptive and qualitative-quantitative.
