Left ventricular non-compaction, presenting with Myocardial Infarction
Abstract
Left ventricular non-compaction(LVNC) is one of the rare causes of Myocardial Infarction (MI). LVNC is associated with increased risk for LV thrombus formation and MI. We report a case of 30-year-old malewith LVNC who presented with LV thrombus, with embolization to Left anterior descending artery, causing anterolateral wall MI.
